Kevin Lambert
Attorney & Partner
Kevin Lambert is a founding Partner of Lambert-Ross, PLLC and a dedicated advocate for individuals, families, and businesses across Texas. His diverse legal practice focuses on probate and estate administration, estate planning, real estate transactions, bankruptcy, and business formation. In recent years, Kevin has handled numerous probate matters, prepared comprehensive estate plans, formed LLCs for business owners, and filed multiple Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases on behalf of debtors.
In addition to his legal practice, Kevin manages several businesses, including multiple title companies and the law firm itself, demonstrating a unique combination of legal knowledge and real-world business experience. This dual perspective allows him to offer clients both strategic legal guidance and practical solutions.
Kevin began his professional career as an engineer after earning a degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University. He later obtained his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. His early legal career included work in tax law and oil and gas law before he transitioned into consumer bankruptcy and, ultimately, a broader general civil practice.
Kevin is licensed to practice in Texas and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Born and raised in Pasadena, Texas, Kevin values hard work, community service, and family. He and his wife Keely now live in Rockport with their three children and one dog. When not practicing law, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors, especially along the Gulf Coast with a fishing pole in hand.

Randall Ross

Randall Ross is a founding Partner at Lambert-Ross, PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing law firm serving clients across Texas. He focuses his practice on oil and gas law, real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate. Randall brings a unique blend of legal precision and practical land experience to his clients, offering strategic counsel grounded in real-world understanding.
After beginning his legal career as a title attorney with a concentration in oil and gas law, Randall expanded his practice to include estate and trust planning, probate administration, business entity formation, and complex real estate matters. His clients range from individual landowners and families to small businesses and investors seeking trusted guidance in property and succession matters.
Randall earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was active in the Oil & Gas Law Society, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. Prior to entering the legal field, Randall managed a working ranch, gaining first-hand insight into the needs and challenges facing landowners - experience that continues to inform his practical, results-driven legal approach.
